Although long before the first galleries and museums interested in graffiti remained until today a subculture, because the fact that the artists without being asked a lot of their art and free to present to the public and sell some work still rather be the exception, differs from normal art world and gives the art an authenticity as it is otherwise found only rarely.
What in the 50s and 70s intension of POP was kind, now has - accepted the street art - for collection of Pop Art by the cultural commerce. It borders on the one hand to the arrogant and high culture on the other hand against the middle class vernacular and they fail with their own stylistic means. Street art is not necessarily politically and has no intention to dedicated expression, but it is just by their presence, to a very political force with a clear statement, because public opinion sees its standards in danger. Street Art is the defiant correction of the claim, the company to go with standards.
The gallery shows works from home and sdkaröe asieone, two graffiti artists - have developed their own way their design language further and are therefore brought to their respective self-expression - based on the old school graffiti.

asieone
born in 1975 in Nuremberg, asieone already discovered at age 10 his love of graffiti. The city was a playground and teacher at the same time and offered the young graffiti artists ample opportunity to perfect his skills.
After training as a graphic designer was the final step in the legality. Orders for walls increased, and it created the first screens. Several months abroad in Spain and Australia and the appropriate contacts for sprayer scene helped to develop their own style.
For about 3 years asieone lives and paints in Bali. In the absence of high quality spray cans, threaded he focused on oil painting, but retained its specific design. His paintings are distinctive 3D styles, coupled with photo-realistic and surrealistic elements. Also, the Asian influence is unmistakable, and so the works of various styles of art unite and form a new whole.
